Description: James, the Beatles' driver from the "Strawberry Fields" episode, is back to point out that a "mean" old lady is really just sad and lonely -- a product of her "sociological environment". "You've said that before!" replies John. The animators employ a device to be seen again in their forthcoming "Yellow Submarine", of depicting the downtrodden folk in dull shades of gray. Beatles music to the rescue! |

| alanr4447a ::: Favorites Muchas gracias otra vez a angelromerop, saying: "I am extremely grateful for Alan's solidarity and his beautiful words towards my town and the victims of the earthquake, it is incredible how music and art allow us to know friends of great spirit and generous hearts like Alan; thanks very much for this solidarity. Ah, oops, I needed to say that in the party the children gave..." I had a little trouble, but I think angelromerop was saying that they should have had Father McKenzie at the party... 07-08-23 01:02:20 __________________________________________________ | |
| alanr4447a ::: Favorites Muchas gracias, angelromerop, who said: "Hello, I am from Peru, but we all know that the Beatles are universal, they are a part of the history of humanity. It is very beautiful, this version of Eleanor Rigby in the cartoon, very tender, very human; unlike the original subject in which the poor woman dies, it enchants me that in the end the children throw a party for this woman, who like many others, is a solitary being." My heart goes out to all of you who have suffered in the earthquake. 07-08-20 02:11:11 __________________________________________________ | |
07-08-19 13:45:19 __________________________________________________ | |
