Also, they're boostin numbers of special operations troops, I think it was a squad that has the firepower of a regiment when properly backed. That also greatly reduces the cost of maintainin so many people in the base. Therefore, fighting a 20 year war wouldn't be so costly. When they activate their UAV squadorn, you'll have UAV's with precision weapons in air for at least 10 hours each, and with cost greatly reduced (no pilot, crew numbers cut, trainning pilots cost.) ADouBTor ::: Favorites funny to see that the US still doesn't have a super mobility arty, when the singapore armed forces already have one 155mm SPH transportable by just the chinook, along with the arty crew. the singapore's arty is also designed to intergrate into the US-style transformation into a digitized army. the SAF just striped all electronics from the arty and have them on the troopers, retaining all the functions. 07-08-31 09:07:15 _____________________________________________________

Conventional war has to be always maintained, war in iraq and afghan, just leave it for special op group and private military.
