A major problem with the state IS capitalism since the powerful use the state to accumulate wealth. Without a state but with capitalism they will still oppress though not quite as effectively since they will lack things such as a standing army at their disposal. Communism seems to be the best option. :)

I hope anarcho-socialists here can correct me if I'm wrong. But the problem is in land ownership, or more specifically precedence over raw materials, when it is unncessary. Like a field and shelter for onself and one's property is enough to take for land. But when you use it to bar others from employing their own hands, then you get rulership. Anarchism wants no other brain to control anyone else's hands, unless the decision to become employed is made without coercion involved.
