Not surprising as chronologically, this was not the 2nd movement written. The "choir" parts are overdone and did not need to be in every movement. To me, it makes his work very gimmicky when he writes instrumentalists vocal parts. In Africa: C&S, it is fundamental. In this symphony, he should have written an actual choir or none at all. __________________________________________________ | |
